Demand rises in Ireland for computer-coding clubs

CoderDojo clubs, offering peer-learning opportunities after school or on weekends for students to learn basic programming and Web development, are on the rise worldwide, including in Ireland where 100 such clubs have launched and there is demand for many more. The free clubs were first launched by a teenager in Ireland and have spread internationally, numbering 360 CoderDojo clubs in all.
