How iPads support personalized instruction in Pa. district

A Pennsylvania school district is moving away from traditional lectures and note-taking in the classroom and transitioning to a personalized, student-centered model that includes a one-to-one iPad program. Elementary- and middle-school students already have received the devices and high-school students are expected to have them next year. Already, officials said, the devices have paid off, changing the entire culture of schools and helping to support teaching and learning.
