New teachers' union in UK to target "next generation" of leaders

The National Association of Head Teachers in England and Wales will launch a union called NAHTEdge in September, which will include educators in the middle-tier of school leadership. The goal is for the union to reach about 5,000 new members, according to Russell Hobby, general secretary of NAHT, who said he hopes to attract "the next generation of school leaders".
