Sen. Reid: Senate vote on Keystone XL bill is a possibility

A Senate vote on a bill that would give Congress the power to approve the Keystone XL pipeline is a possibility, said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., a known opponent of the project. "I'm open to anything that will move energy efficiency," Reid said. "I'm trying to work something out. But they [Senate Keystone backers] keep moving the ball," he said.
