Study predicts a leadership gap in K-12 education

School districts could face a "leadership talent gap" as education reform and the increase in charter schools could mean about 32,000 extra senior and mid-level workers will be needed in the next decade, according to a report by the nonprofit EdFuel. The report also recommends increased recruitment and training of future leaders, plus professional development for "rising stars."
