Supreme Court to consider privacy issues with cellphones

The Supreme Court will hear arguments on whether police officers can search the contents of an arrested suspect's cellphone without a warrant. The Pew Research Center reported in January that 91% of Americans have a cellphone and 58% have a smartphone.
