Coupon clipper's Web site helps shoppers slash grocery bills

About 10,000 people regularly go to, a Web site created by one very frugal mom who says combining coupons and sales can save shoppers 80% to 90%. Stephanie Nelson started the site to help low-income families who relied on a local food pantry for some meager supplies. The free site matches store sales and published coupons, relying on volunteers to input tips about their local grocery store specials in 18 states.
