D.C. mayor plans to ask private developers to fix schools

The mayor of Washington, D.C., who is attempting to take over the city's schools said he plans to ask private developers to help pay for maintenance and perform repairs of dilapidated school buildings. That raises a "huge red flag" for Gina Arlotto, co-founder of the nonprofit Save Our Schools, who says developers "want these properties."
