Minnesota school district discusses $4M roof replacement plan

Leaders of a Minnesota school district plan to spend $4 million to replace the roof of a high school library. The district's decision to use a four-ply roof made by Garland Co., along with the bidding process, were the subjects of a recent meeting. District officials say they selected the roof because it was the best long-term investment for taxpayers. The building's previous roof started leaking five years after it was installed.
