U.S. moves to expand Global Entry program

Expanding the Global Entry program would expedite the process for Europeans visitors to enter the U.S. Officials expect Germany and the U.K. to join the program, which already includes the Netherlands. The Global Entry program is available only to travelers the U.S. government deems to be low risk after a "vigorous background check."
