Fulton to use proceeds from stock offering to repay TARP

Fulton Financial, which received $376.5 million through the Troubled Asset Relief Program, is planning to offer $230 million in common stock. It will then use the proceeds from the stock offering to repay the government. Fulton said Barclays Capital would act as the offering's sole book-running manager.
