Henry Paulson, Cayne to testify before crisis inquiry panel

The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission is looking into the country's "shadow banking system" and will hear from former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, former Bear Stearns CEO James Cayne and other executives from the investment bank that was bought by JPMorgan Chase. Other current and former government officials, including former Securities and Exchange Commission chairmen Christopher Cox and William Donaldson, and current Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, are also scheduled to give testimony at the hearing.
