Indie shop wins media duties for Weight Watchers

Independent Horizon media reportedly has landed the U.S. media planning and buying business for Weight Watchers, after a review. Finalists for the $70 million account were Omnicom Group's OMD and Interpublic Group's Universal McCann. The incumbent, WPP Group's Mediaedge:cia, did not join the review.
