NICU nurses create personalized journals for babies' families

Neonatal intensive care unit nurses at Moses Cone Women's Hospital in Greensboro, N.C., put together journals for newborn babies who must stay in the hospital due to their critical condition. The records are customized by NICU nurses for every patient so that their families can share the milestones experienced by the babies until they are able to go home.
