Pennsylvania board files motion to revoke Foxwoods' gaming license

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board filed a motion to strip the Foxwoods casino project of its gaming license. The Foxwoods investors, who had planned to donate the casino's proceeds to charity, would forfeit the $50 million license fee paid. Foxwoods partners need to respond to the motion within 30 days, and then a hearing can be scheduled. Meanwhile, Steve Wynn, who backed out the Foxwoods project, said Wynn Resorts would be interested in bidding for the license.
