Roofing subcontractor fined by OSHA for stadium fall

A roofing subcontractor for the Dallas Cowboys Stadium has received two citations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Two maintenance workers from Birdair slipped on an icy fabric roof in December, and OSHA found they were not properly trained in the hazards of falls. The company, based in Amherst, N.Y., faces $45,000 in OSHA-proposed fines.
