Survey shows many consumers would prefer to pay medical bills online

A new survey indicated that 72% of consumers would opt to pay medical bills, communicate with doctors or schedule appointments online, and 84% would be interested in filling out forms online before a doctor's visit. The survey also found almost 40% of respondents said they don't understand their medical bills or explanation of benefit statements.
