Advisory group looks to help military pilots get commercial licenses

The Pentagon's Defense Business Board wants to make it easier for U.S. military pilots to qualify for civilian pilot licenses. Now, military pilots must get separate certifications to fly commercial planes. A new plan would allow pilots to get military and civilian licenses at the same time.
