Charity puts smiles on Ecuadoran children's faces

Plastic surgeons who volunteer for the charity Community Cares for Kids travel to Ecuador to reconstruct children's cleft palates, club feet and other physical deformities. Plastic surgeon Francis Collini and his wife, Susan, lead the charity, which was founded in 2006. Volunteers also train Ecuadoran doctors on the latest surgical techniques.
