NASA scientist calls for price tag on carbon

James Hansen, a climate-change scientist at NASA, says that putting a price tag on carbon will help fight global warming. "The most efficient and economically affordable approach is to put an honest price on the different energies," Hansen said. "Presently, we're subsidizing fossil fuels and not making them pay for their costs to society."
