Task force seeks to standardize medtech nonconformity grading

The Global Harmonization Task Force has issued a document meant to standardize the way regulatory authorities worldwide grade the nonconformities tied to a medical device firm's quality management system. The proposed risk-based grading system, which is intended for regulatory purposes and information exchange, is up for comment through June 22.
