"Earthing" shows positive effects in 2 studies

Two new studies showed improvements in patients who tried "earthing," a practice that uses direct contact with the ground. The first study, which appeared in the The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, found that earthing reduced blood viscosity, while a second study found that subjects grounded to the earth while they slept for one month reported better sleep and reduced chronic joint pain.
