Forget shaken and stirred -- these days, the hip kids are using tuning forks to mix their martinis. The idea is that a vibrating tuning fork, laid across the lip of a glass, causes the molecules of the liquid within "to rearrange themselves in curious ways," subtly altering the drink's flavor, Wayne Curtis writes.
