Nanotechnology gives doctors a leg up in fighting cancer

Doctors are increasingly turning to microscopic nanoparticles to enhance their diagnostic capabilities, experts say. According to Dr. Alexander Seifalian of the Royal Free Hospital, by injecting specially coated graphene nanoparticles into tumorous tissue, his team is able to identify and locate cancerous cells with increased accuracy.
