Vt. GMO law likely to spark legal battles

Vermont has become the first state to pass a law mandating the disclosure of GMO ingredients in foodstuffs -- and lawmakers are so sure the move will spark legal blowback that they created a dedicated defense fund when they wrote the law. Green advocates say they're confident the GMO-labeling law will survive legal challenges.
