Choice makes move with upscale brand, some skeptical

Though known for budget brands such as Comfort Inn and Econo Lodge, Choice Hotel International Inc. is hoping that its new upscale Cambria Suites brand will breathe new life into the franchise. Some analysts are skeptical and say Choice is challenged by moving into unfamiliar territory, but a Choice spokesman says "the reception from developers and consumers has been strong."
