Failed bridge demolition won't cost taxpayers more

Taxpayers in Ohio are being assured that they will not have to pay extra for the failed demolition of Cleveland's Fulton Road Bridge. The demolition of the 75-year-old bridge was only partially successful, and a malfunctioning detonation cord is being blamed for the fact that only two of the bridge's six arches fell.
