EBay's beef with craigslist

The details of a legal squabble between auction house eBay and classifieds network craigslist were made public yesterday. Following a dispute over an alleged conflict of interest between craigslist and eBay, which had earlier bought 28.4% of craigslist, the classifieds site reorganized its stock in such a way that diluted eBay's holding to the point where it is no longer permitted to choose company directors.
