Google AdWords now can be used to create, launch TV spots

Google is now offering U.S. AdWords users the ability to create a TV ad for as little as $100. Marketers can use Google's Ad Creation Marketplace to seek assistance in creating the spots and then buy and launch the ads via an AdWords campaign-planning tool.
