Canada awaits fallout from California carbon rule

The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers says it is concerned that more U.S. states or the federal government will adopt a low-carbon fuel standard similar to the one enacted in California this month. The group says that California's mandate unfairly targets Canadian oil-sands producers at a time when the U.S. should be sourcing oil from friendly countries.
