North Carolina skyscraper to get truss later this month

Workers will soon fit the top of North Carolina's Duke Energy Center with a 130,000-pound, 160-foot-long steel truss. The truss will create a "sky window" at the top of the 48-story building. The truss will be transported to the skyscraper in six sections later this month, and a crane will raise the sections for assembly.
