Can tablets do better than people at personalization?

Customers using the Presto tablet for ordering and paying for restaurant meals shave about seven minutes off their dining time and spend an average of 10% more than they do when ordering from traditional menus, says founder Rajat Suri. "Real personalization is knowing how we want to be treated, and that might be complete self-service," says Gartner analyst Adam Sarner.
