Court allows BIO, others to intervene in RFS lawsuit

BIO and six other biofuel groups were granted intervenor status by a U.S. appeals court in a lawsuit filed by an oil-industry group against renewable fuel standards. The biofuel groups said their members won't be able to reap the rewards of investments in renewable fuel production if the lawsuit succeeds.
