Delta will buy Pennsylvania refinery for $150 million

Delta Air Lines announced Monday that it will purchase a Pennsylvania refinery from Phillips 66 for $150 million to help save on fuel costs. Delta will also invest $100 million more to retrofit the refinery for jet-fuel production and expects to save $300 million fuel costs annually.
