Research In Motion CEO Thorsten Heins will pitch developers at the company's annual BlackBerry World conference this week, but instead of flashy new products and services to show off, RIM will present prototypes of the BlackBerry 10 operating system, which is due for a fall release. Still, developers will be eager to hear any news of the software on which RIM is pinning its hopes. "It's too early in RIM's strategic review process to announce one particular strategy. However, Heins would be wise to provide any kind of news to help staunch the bleeding," said IDC analyst Kevin Restivo.
