TSA baggage system cuts lost bags, passenger congestion

The Transportation Security Administration's Electronic Baggage Screening Program has reduced passenger congestion and the number of lost bags at airports throughout the U.S. However, a new government report found that the TSA should optimize the installation of the machines and prepare better cost estimates.
