EIS reveals details about $975M Minn. stadium's features

The new $975 million stadium for the Minnesota Vikings NFL team will be taller by almost 100 feet than the Metrodome and will feature a sloped roof -- either retractable or fixed -- according to a 400-page draft environmental impact statement. The new arena could also have "sliding walls, windows or doors that open to the downtown Minneapolis skyline," according to the EIS.
