Business travel is on the rise in several emerging markets across the globe, while travel infrastructure such as airports and lodging are expanding to meet the growing demand. Global hotel firms also are rushing to shore up capacity in some undersupplied markets such as Latin America, where room rates have soared amid an influx of travelers.
