Global airline traffic increased by 5.9% in March, IATA says

Global airline traffic rose by 5.9% in March on a year-over-year basis, according to the International Air Transport Association. "Mature markets are seeing relatively little growth while emerging markets continue to show a robust expansion," said Tony Tyler, IATA director general and CEO.
