House members are against user fee proposal

Some members of the House of Representatives are firmly against President Barack Obama's latest attempt to levy a $100 user fee on commercial and general aviation. "Aviation user fees have been proposed by different Administrations, both Republican and Democrat, and again Congress has repeatedly and overwhelmingly rejected them," they wrote in a letter, signed by 223 members.
