Lehman accuses Intel of breaching $1B swaps deal

Lehman Brothers Holdings, or the remnant of the bankrupt financial firm, has taken Intel to court, accusing the semiconductor-maker of breaching a swaps agreement worth $1 billion. Lehman wants the money back, plus interest. Intel broke off the deal after Lehman filed for bankruptcy, keeping the $1 billion. Lehman says Intel's loss is "far less than $1 billion."
