South Korea loosens foreign investment rules

The South Korean government is introducing measures to facilitate foreign and corporate investment as part of a large stimulus package. Among other things, foreign investors from the U.S. and Europe will now be allowed to invest indirectly in communication carriers for a 100% stake, up from the current 49%.
