Why CEOs are putting on their walking shoes

Top leaders -- including Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Priceline CEO Darren Huston, Western Union CEO Hikmet Ersek and even President Barack Obama -- have taken to holding walking meetings, where they make key decisions while strolling around outside rather than in a conference room. Experts say walking can make people more open, more creative, and more focused. "Walking meetings not only liberate the butt, they liberate the creative juices," says tech consultant Nilofer Merchant.
