CEA, NCTA join to educate consumers about DTV transition

The Consumer Electronics Association is teaming up with the National Cable & Telecommunications Association to launch an outreach program aimed at educating consumers about the upcoming transition to digital TV. "We will combine our award-winning experience in DTV consumer education with cable's creativity and broad reach to help ensure consumers have easy access to quality information about this transition," CEA President and CEO Gary Shapiro said.
