Savannah basin dredging process under way

A project to expand the size of a ship-turning basin at the Elba Island LNG Import Terminal, a liquefied natural gas terminal near Savannah, Ga., will involve extensive dredging. In order to have a place to discharge the dredged material, Savannah-based contractor Braddy Pipeline is working to remove the sediment from the basin.
