Tailor, a new restaurant in New York, features cocktails to complement certain cuisine. The Butternut and Falernum drink brings the taste of butternut squash to mind and is served with eel or duck terrine, while other drinks include the Brandy Truffle Flip, served with short ribs, the Bradbury, served with pork belly and Lychee Daiquiri, a dessert drink.
