Critic: Suburban Chicago tower plan should not be blasted by NIMBYs

Plans for a 523-tall condo tower in suburban Chicago have merit and should not be blasted by a band of NIMBYs, writes an architectural critic. The plan was made public Thursday by developers James Klutznick and Tim Anderson, and the ultra-thin tower is well-suited for the Evanston, Ill., site, the writer says.
