Controversy over Lyme disease guidelines leads to reassessment

The Infectious Diseases Society of America will reassess diagnostic and treatment guidelines on Lyme disease, which were initially published in 2006. The group agreed to the reevaluation after the Connecticut attorney general launched an investigation of the guidelines.
