The economy of the U.S. has posted a third consecutive quarter of growth, but the recovery is mixed, and real estate has become a major drag undercutting the recovery, according to this article. "America's economy looks healthy relative to those in Europe, and forecasts for a 2010 growth performance of 3% or so seem reasonable," The Economist notes. "But output is well short of trend, is growing slower than in previous recoveries, and remains uncertain. There is much more to be done."
