Bob Evans aims for younger "family-first" targets

Regional restaurant chain Bob Evans has tweaked its menu and its marketing efforts to appeal to a younger demographic -- 40-something heads of households likely to make family dining decisions, said executive Mary Cusick. A new ad campaign is part of the effort to update the chain's stodgy image, she said.
